Renters Turned a Nice Home Into A Barn for Their Animals

To just look at the before picture one would think  folks had been running in and out of the front entrance following during a mud fight. Unfortunately  as the crew at SERVPRO  soon found, was absolutely not  the case at this particular cleaning job site.  Our crew quickly determined that the previous tenants had failed to properly handle or dispose of dog feces.  As the property owner, nor our technicians were familiar with the pets that had been kept on the property, it was imperative that this particular job be handled as a Bio Hazmat situation. 

Due to the combination of animal feces, and other unknown materials, our Bio HazMat Certified Team at SERVPRO  was able to safely access the property and remove the hazardous materials.
