Attic Fire at Home in Lancaster South Carolina Displaces Family

No one likes to wake in the middle of the night for a trip to the bathroom. Fortunately on this particular occasion it was a blessing more than anything.  Turning on the light, and fan in the bathroom produced a noise that was out of the ordinary.  As it turned out, a fire was raging in the attic, and had the homeowner not awaken when they did the outcome might of been quite different.  

While the home was not a complete loss, the inside was heavily damaged with fire, water, and smoke damage.  SERVPRO technicians followed protocol, and once able, went in and started the pack out process with the salvageable contents.
