Water Line in the Breakroom Fails Causing Water Damage to Office in Camden South Carolina

Water exits the breakroom and enters the attached room

Once there is a flood on the inside of a building, or home the water will continue to flow until the source of the problem is resolved. Water either into the line must be shut off, or the entire water system will need to be shut off, and a plumber will need to come and resolve the issue that caused the water to flood the home, or office.

Upon arriving to work Monday morning the office manager was greeted with standing water that was caused by a broken pipe in the break room. Making a call to SERVPRO brought out a crew in less than an hour to begin the Water Mitigation process, followed by a Mold Remediation. The office staff was very appreciative to have their office back “Like it never even happened”
