Buying a new home can be stressful. It is important when purchasing a new home to have the home inspected.  What would you do if you were in the middle of buying your first home and found mold? 

Mold is not always where it might easily be noticed.  Obvious locations are in the bathroom, or kitchen.  Not so obvious would be the crawl space, or attic. Sometimes it is how the home is ventilated. The HVAC system can also be a source of mold as it can be in either the main HVAC Unit, the duct system, or both.
