These guys came out Sunday morning after we had water damage on a Saturday night to help us after we had water damage at our home. They were very professional, had a fair price, did a great job. I'm gladly leaving a very positive review.

On January 16, 2020 I immediately called the Marketing Manager Kerri Rice about an emergency flood in the office due to a broken pipe. It was after hours and Kerri handled this issue very quickly. The service by the technicians were exceptional. The next day Ms. Kerri did a follow up call to make sure everything was handled.

 Brian Houghton left us a five star review on Google.  SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster recently helped us after we had a washing machine leak on our 2nd floor. They were prompt and knowledgeable. They had to set up equipment in our house for several days and always showed up for their check in appointments right on time. Highly recommend!!
